It's a course that is wise to do and keep awareness on how the food industry works and to keep the individual right in handling and working with food

Well paced and informative presentations, clear narratives and enough information in relation to my work place. Only one negative thing was that one of the questions on the test was tricky, as I couldn't see anywhere in the presentation the answer? After I did the test I tried ‘googling’ it (it was the only one I got wrong!) and I still wasn't sure of the answer!! Other than that everything was really good! Thank you!

Only downside - information is given rather fast. When taking notes several times had to go back more than once before managed to get it.

very simple instructions and easy to follow. the 2 people guiding through the course spoke clearly and could understand everything.
