A very good course which focusses on the essentials very well indeed.
The use of short videos, backed up by text, enabled me to complete the course over a few sessions. The practical demonstrations were clearly presented.
It covered all the basic knowledge to effectively treat a wide range of injuries. The steps were very informative and gave lots of memorable ways to check someone's symptoms. The demonstrations a particularly useful and are well explained.

A refresher in such an important subject is always of good benefit in between the 3 yearly training session. It makes you feel much more confident in your role as the first aider.
I enjoyed every part of this course .Though ,the scope is wide but it really wort knowing all this precaution and making use of them .
