It was quite thorough and easy to understand / follow. Extra info if needed and your're able to to go back on bits if needed - much better in my view than in-school training - however, it's always useful to retrain CPR on dummies.
The slides were set out well and easy to follow. At the end of each section was a summary of the key points. The test wasn’t too long and didn’t have a time limit. I would recommend this to anyone needing to update their skills.
I have done first aid a few times but having a refresher keeps you updated in things you can forget about to do
easy to follow and understand but a lot of information to retain. I completed the course over 2 days and took notes as I went along.
