A great refresher course which is detailed and informative. All subject areas convey necessary information on how to provide relevant first aid procedures in specific incidents. However, a pragmatic approach in addressing some procedures are necessary with this type of training to ensure an individual feels confident it is done correctly ie administering the recovery position, applying slings and bandages etc.

Really enjoyed being able to watch online and go back over stuff and download to review different aspects of the course.
