The first aid refresher course provided a comprehensive review of essential first aid techniques. Overall it was informative reminder, with the quiz at the end really focussing on what I knew.

The training was quick to complete but also thorough. The printable resources will be useful for future reference.

I have done several First Aid courses in the past, started off with a one day course and did a three day First Aid at work course at one stage. In between I have done an on line course during Covid which was quite detailed. Fortunately or unfortunately as the case may be I have never had to put anything much seriously into practice so each time I do a course it is a case of refreshing knowledge rather than gaining by practice. This course did just that in a quite simple and straightforward way. Whilst some areas are covered very quickly it must be quite effective as I seemed to be able to score high in the test without too much head scratching.

Bit too much in one go, be better as two sections

The course contains a lot of basic and very useful information that helps to help in case of incidents
