I have had practical first aid training only once, so this was an excellent and much needed refresher that was most certainly needed. It was clear and concise as I was mainly using subtitles (no audio) due to the noisy nature of my workplace.

Our customer has asked for feedback asap and we have a meeting with them tomorrow could we have these certificates changed and redone ? or is there an explanation for the differences ? Perhaps asking question using diagrams. This way it allows people who are more visual leaners engage.
Obviously it would be better to be able to practice these practical skills, but since we can't do that at the moment, these videos are a good substitute. They're well-designed and carefully presented.

Whilst it's good to have a refresher course, we could do with a basic simple course just for a retail shop or office environment. Also linked to basic home first aid training.
