A very good refresher course and enlightening
This is an important course to complete and gives you peace of mind, knowing that you are capable of saving someone's life, or treat an injury.
Very useful and informative. Easy to follow and understand. Good that there was a first aider to demonstrate.

clear instruction and concise content
The course material was easy to follow and the mediums used were user friendly. The option to watch the visual media as well as following a transcript allowed ease of reference and made course content easy to absorb. Being able to stop the visual media at any time allowed time for reflection and note taking.

The refreshment was clearly explain and the flowchart for primary and secondary surveys very helpful for better understanding of all the step to follow in case of an emergency at work or outside work.I think could be good for Ihasco to have an app in apple store or google play where anyone can download and see what action need to be take in case of an specific emergency as for example "St John Ambulance" have.
