Very important course for factory workers to maintain their first aid manners in the factory.
The course is excellent at advsing of the procedures required for many incidents relating to first aid. Very knowledgable and informative. Great to follow and time given to take notes and rewind to previous videos if required. Would thoroughly recommend it.
I prefer the practical courses provided by St. John's Ambulance which are 'hands on' with professionals. There should be questions after each section, not questions at the end of watching 80 minutes of video.
For the amount of factual information that it contains and the skill of delivery both verbally and visually, this EFAW course ranks with some of the best classroom courses available in my view. I see no reason why this course delivered to a workforce every 12 months or so should not keep enough people up to speed with EFAW to meet legal requirements and provide skilled help to work colleagues who need it. It is also a very cost effective way of keeping staff trained as it does not disrupt the ordinary operations of the business.
Diagrams, information and role playing scenarios were well thought out and easy to follow and which helped the making the refresher course interesting and easy to retain.
A very interesting course, everyone should have some knowledge first aid,it really can save lives
