The course was very comprehensive and covered most First Aid issues. The First Aid responses and procedure were explained very clearly, step by step and demonstrated by easy to understand videos. There was some very useful advice given such as giving 3 jelly babies if someone is having a hypoglycaemia attack. The videos on applying a triangular bandage to arm injuries was very useful and easy to follow. It would be great to have this training video available for a refreshment every term. What would also be useful is how to administer First Aid to children.

I found this training particularly helpful in refreshing some areas where I felt rusty.
Easy to follow course with the advantage of being able to pause and then pick up again at any point throughout the lessons. This made it very easy to fit in with other activities.
The course was really clear and easy to follow. It was good to be able to do a section, then come back and pick up where I left off. It was also easy to rewind if you missed something while taking notes or you just needed to hear it again. It was useful to be able to see what you had completed and what was coming next.
