Clear, concise and still learnt everything that normally takes 4 hours.
I found this refresher useful and user friendly. The videos are handy and the best thing about the course is that it fits into our schedule. It can be done in bits and pieces and we can come back to where we left when we log back in. You can go back and refresh if required. There is also additional information provided if one is interested to know more.
Easy and uncomplicated course
Essential training information, very helpful and useful and made interesting and easy to understand.
Thankfully a short test at the end.
