Gave me a good refresher on previous courses
Very good refresher course covered all the main points that you would need and only one and half hour which was also good.
Great refresher thankfully i have not had to use the more complicated first aid yet

the course content was very useful and understandable. people with little or no medical knowledge could understand. specially giving examples and videos were great.

Apart from not being able to actually hands on apply bandages, dressings, CPR etc.. all in all very good! Feel much more confident in administering First Aid following this refresher.
