May be suitable for some but from my point of view this 'course' was just far too long and far too boring so lost interest very quickly. I feel that I took in very little information but did manage to scrape by the multiple choice test at the end so I suppose that's all that matters.

excellent refresher course. It was detailed, but concise, and easy to follow.
This course covered all the relevant topics necessary for a First Aider. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to improve their First Aid knowledge.
