Clear and informative.
Very useful course but extremely long! Despite having worked in the NHS I have never been shown what a Defibrillator does (instructions for use etc) so this was very useful. Very comprehensive course.

Good concise and very informative and helpful course, easy to complete in smaller bite size chunks
The FULL FAW section covered many different conditions with many different repeatable medical protocols so it would be good to have a crib sheet to add to FA Kits. As comprehensive as it was (Work) it didn't cover some common school/student scenarios just potential staff/PE. A specific section like that would be useful eg fainting When I’ve been previouslyFA trained we were advised to describe what we were doing even to unconscious casualties to avoid misinterpretation of our actions.
I found course content very informative with important 1st aid graphics which whilst important for working environment duties, can help save lives in a personal environment.
