A good basis course however after doing a 3 year first aid course this was not applicable to me but was a requirement of my employer
Knowing that my role was not to deliver first aid but to make sure that the injuried person was looked after while the medics were on their way. Landmark's insurance would be invalidated if I tried to give first aid helped to make it clear in my mind what I could do. The course was informative and it was the right repetition for me to remember. Not always easy, as brainwashing takes too long. The presenter was clear in her presentation and looked relaxed but business like.
