Provides a very basic understanding, outlining the role. Could be improved by having more info tests every 2 or so slides to help reinforce the knowledge.
Informative and easy to understand
Highlights all the basic requirements and was presented clearly. Would recommend it for anyone starting first aid as it gives you all the basic care.
I liked that you could start and stop it; I had internet problems so nothing was lost. It picked up where it left off. Very user friendly.

The course is very clear and concise with its message. It sets out the requirements for an appointed person very simply, and can be used at all levels within in a business.
As an organisation we operate across a lot of remote sites delivering adult educational courses. This qualification gives the lecturing staff a clear indication of what is expected without the cost and time of a full course.
