The training was very clear and comprehensive leaving the trainee in no doubt what their responsibilities, after completing the training, are and what is not expected of them.
The content was very clear and easy to understand. I liked that you could replay sections as many times as you wanted and that there was a recap at the end of each section. I feel more confident responding to First Aid situations now.

User friendly online package. Like the video - was clear and informative, quite quick to complete (well it would have been if I hadn't had 4 interruptions !) Good that you can pause it along the way and go back to previous slide. Well structured - Thank you
I enjoyed doing this and found it easy to follow with some helpful ideas and steps to follow in an emergency. It explained the role of the FAAP really clearly.
The course was good, clear and to the point . It will be good for some of our trainees who have a hearing loss because they were able most of the time to see the persons mouth. However there was not a lot of visuals that backed up what was being said so consentration was hard for a visual learner.
The best course!
Provided a good summary of what was required for the first aid appointed person

Simple, clear course that sets out the requirements for a First Aid Appointed Person, as well as clarity on what the role does not involve!
