Good training course and the material was easy to understand.
Good course, excellent presentation - as usual, but I'm left thinking 'what happens in a non emergency situation? who puts the plaster on - is it the person who's cut themself? My place of work is small, low risk and there is no First Aider. What should happen in a non emergency situation here but where 1st aid is needed? As a First Aid Appointed Person, am I'm not actually supposed to put a plaster on someone? Please explain/advise - thank you.

good to be able to brush up and extend the knowledge needed to do the role
The course was easy to listen to and easy to follow leaving me with a clear and definite understanding of what is required of me as a First Aid Appointed Person.
Very good video, The spokesperson spoke very clearly on the video and the Summary after each video is very useful.
Do we need to know where the First Aid kits are in our own offices, and where to find the Accident record Book? I guess I should already know that!
The training was easy to access from my phone and the training course was simple to follow. The videos were useful and, for myself, a better way to learn than reading.
Very good but I think this was the wrong course for me as I am a First aider and this was just for a first aid appointed person.
