I enjoyed this training. It was short, to the point and delivered exactly what was necessary for my knowledge as a First Aid Appointee.
its nice and clear so you can understand and set out provesionally doesnt rush you and easy to use .
I have a first aid at work qualification, but have not been a first aide. Therefore I found that this was a timely reminder of the basics.
This is a great way to complete training as it was done during one of my shifts.
I was able to complete this in my working shift and was glad to get it completed before the renewal date.

The course was delivered well and was easy to follow and understand. Everything was explained simply. There was no overload of information but everything was covered.
