It's good to refresh on the task of the First Aid appointed person.

The course was clear and concise; however those who learn through reading the transcript rather than listening had to wait for the presenter to complete the presentation before moving on.

Very easy to follow and helpful training
The content was good but I was confused why I was doing it as no one had mentioned being a First Aid Appointed Person or the responsibilities the role includes such as looking after the supplies for the first aid kit. As a new starter the course left me wondering where things such as the first aid kit, accident book etc are kept.
2 questions in the test could have been one/two answers, one of the questions refer to mandotory, however in the training it stiplulates minimum requirement of contents in the First aid box. If this is the minimum surely this is mandatory. Confused by this question or the wording. Marked down on this question as I referred to being mandatory.
The information provided in this training was well presented and easy to understand.
