I found this programme informative and easy to understand. For those only needing cover in low risk areas and as backup for the appointed first aider it is ideal in the fact that it takes little time and can be completed online, it also covers all the basics needed.
The programme is stable whilst in use, and is easy to use for the older computer user

Straight to the point, learn what you need to do as The First Aid Appointed person for your site and things you shouldn't do or try to do. Highly recommend the course as a refresher all in 30 minutes.
