the course set out clear parameters & explains the duties of the 1st aid appointed person & made it clear that the role is assess the situation, make the casualty secure & call the ambulance service. It made it clear that one is not a trained 1st aider.

This is a superb way of doing courses I really enjoyed it I would recommend everyone to use ihasco to do their courses. You even have a choice of printing the certificate yourself or getting it deliverd to your doorstep.
