I enjoyed the training as it was set out in small sections so the information never felt overwhelming. Asking qeustions at the end of sections is a good idea as it gets your mind ready for the end test.

I found the course an excellent addition to our site based training. The sections were well paced and clearly explained for both beginners and experienced viewers. There were good reminders given on what not to do in a fire, this is vital, for example using the wrong extinguisher could make the fire worse.

This is a course that will be useful throughout my whole life and not just in a work circumstance. I feel better informed and safer as a result.

Very clear to understand, gives you a good understanding of your role and responsibilities.

I really enjoyed the training. The presenters were clear in their communication and the bite size sections made the information easy to follow. This format also allowed for sections to be repeated or reviewed before moving on. The examples of using the different fire extinguishers was informative.
