Good, comprehensive content. The only thing missing was an acknowledgement of the frequent experience of false fire alarm in some buildings. This is probably part of the reason why the people in the 'secret camera' filmed scenes didn't respond to the alarm - they assumed it was a false alarm (as, indeed, it was!) and had no relevance for them. How should fire wardens address the issue of false alarms? Another point: 84 mins. wasn't nearly enough time to digest the course content. I gave it about 3 hours and that seemed about right.

I found this course a little stretched, as it covers the fire awareness side then goes onto the fire warden roles. Could be more targeted towards the warden duties straight away.

Particularly enjoyed the section on human behaviour and the result of the people not reacting to the fire alarm.

I really enjoyed this course. I used the subtitle feature which was great, and the fact that I could dip in and out of the course to suit me was really helpful. Overall I found the course to be a good way of refreshing my knowledge of the role of the fire warden, especially about the type of fires and which fire extinguishers to use.

I had many problems completing the course due to the programme constantly "bouncing" me back several pages and also not registering my progress at the end of each module meaning that I had to retake the missing tests before I was allowed to take the final exam...very frustrating and time consuming! (Note : I tried the direct link and also through google)
