Clear to understand and covers all aspects easily

The course mentioned being able to access the RRO document but I couldn't see it after completing the test and therefore still have not had a chance to read it.I also have no idea where I can obtain a copy of the RRO either as its obviously important and necessary for me to understand

good but had major problem with audio sound, very bitty so had to print off any page I could and revise that.

I thought that the course was easy to understand and follow. It was interesting and full of relevant information.

found the first part of the course very informative and well explained

I would suggest a little bit more interaction due to the 82 minutes length of the course

This course was excellent. Had all the information I need to assist me in my new role. The content was well structured and presented, and very easy to follow, allowing time to take notes.
