very interesting course.
A well put-together online course that provides a lot of information without getting too "bogged down" in points. Very interesting to learn about procedures in the event of a fire evacuation, especially the behaviours of people and how to tackle this.Overall, this course has given me much more confidence and information in order to carry out my Fire Warden duties safely and effectively. Thanks!
The course itself was good and informative. however the program did give me problems as it did not accept answers for two sections this meant I could not take the final test when it was fresh in my mind. The response from support was excellent and the problem was resolved.

Very detailed and well explained with the step by step sections, plenty of useful verbal and visual information and demonstrations with guidance along with videos to help increase knowledge and understanding.
