A straightforward and easy to use course, with clear and easy to understand videos.
The Fire Warden Program is a very well laid/designed out program. The format is very easy to follow and understand. I have noticed a change slightly which gave me information which was not on the first program so this is valuable information to have learnt.

Due to not being able to sit for 84 minutes uninterrupted a lot is forgotten when it comes to doing test. Would be better to do it in smaller blocks so not as long.
The training was very good - informative / useful / intuitive and very worthwhile.
