This was a super course. I found it to be excellent in that it was easy to follow and take notes. The summaries at the end of each section was very helpful as were the questions to test knowledge so far. It is much better than sitting through a classroom type setting. Brilliant course and I would highly recommend it. The call back from iHasco was timely after I registered my interest with a high level of customer service provided by the caller.

Overall, this is a comprehensive course. I especially liked the varying delivery methods used to keep the course interesting. Taking the course at your desk means there is a good chance of being interrupted, so the ability to leave and resume the course is a great help, where finding the necessary time as a single block may be difficult. The only downside is some of the very long monologues given by members of the fire brigade: I feel these could be shortened somewhat without losing content.

I found this course very informative and interesting however I did feel it was long and time consuming. I do feel I will be able to take my knowledge and understanding to my work place. A great informative course

The Fire Warden Training course was well presented and everything was explained very well. The duration of the course was in my opinion just right. I feel that having completed the course, it will enable me to carry out the duties of Fire Marshall in a more efficient way.
