Good detail but found that moving between sections could be a little slow, also when the course had finished it started again without me doing anything, so I had to come out and go back in to take the test which was also slightly frustrating because it did not show the answer I chose on a couple of occasions for which I had to hit the refresh to take me to the next question which meant I did not know if I had answered correctly or not.

This is an excellent training resource, can be done on shift and in small sections. the information is comprehensive and covers all you would need to know. Good mix of interviews, graphics and videos making it more immersive than most courses of this type.

Took much longer than the advertised 84 minutes but otherwise a good course

I found the training really useful, explained in very simple terms the requirement required and the expectations. found the part re the fire extinguishers and there different uses the most helpful as was an area I was unsure of

not having Audio facility , made it harder to know if you watch video first or just read the words at the side , felt like you where missing section
