A good course
Thought the course was good, however felt it was a long time to sit and concentrate on within an office environment.
This course promotes tackling a fire. My company policy is: give alert, get out, only tackle a fire if it prevents you getting out, call the fire brigade. Additionally, insufficient information is given on how to use an extinguisher without injuring yourself. Insufficient information is given about the dangers of tackling a fire without PPE. No information is given about the number of people killed each year because they thought they knew how to put out a fire. This encourages wannabe heroes and invites disaster.

excellent service and programmes. Thanks for the use it.
Enjoyed this course everyone should know which extinguisher is which and what it can be used on. Will also encourage people to look for fire exits when entering a building.

A comprehensive set of instructions. I think the section on prevention is the one to have in mind. After that, knowing where the extinguishers are located. Also, it is important to know how fires start and how they spread. Irritating over-use of "ensure"!
