Great delivery, to the point and very important information to know!
Good and well-explained. Felt myself flag a little with a couple of the more minor presenters, and felt the example of the people writing out the form when the alarm goes off was much longer than necessary to make the point. Also noted that you stated that the result after the fire warden comes in was wholly positive when it wasn't, two people at least came back for their belongings. That should have been commented on negatively.
The videos were clear and informative. The in course questions very useful. This is an essential course for all workers to follow and implement.
