I'd suggest that for low tier fire wardens the lengthy videos miss the point of what is required of us and what we are required to know.Make it shorter, make it more applicable to an office environment, and tailor it to the individual.Thanks

Excellent on line course which covered all the required areas without being repetitive or boring. Narrator was very good with a clear voice and was easy to listen to.
For me something of a refresher, but I found I had found much I had forgotten, especially fire extinguisher differences in their use. I would recommend this course to beginners and experienced alike.

The Training is at the exact level needed, it is, almost tailored made.

Each section short enough to take in. Easy to resume and back-up / review. Good graphics. Good use of examples. My version a bit confusing where there were two buttons below a note which said "when ready to move on click button below"; not sure if clicking one button meant I missed out on the other button....because after seeing the video of, say, button 1, I was not offered the other button, but just the arrow on the side to move on...Otherwise very good.
