Informative and interesting- I was surprised by peoples attitudes to fire bells when there is no authority figures taking charge! Also the CCTV footage with the shop being set alight by a boy and no one even attempting to deal with the situation until the fire had taken a bit of a hold, it just seems CRAZY!
Really good training course, covers a lot of common sense but also some very vital information within regards to being a fire warden. Would highly recommend
The training was thorough but quite long. Would have been useful to have made the segments smaller with more frequent questions as it was easy to switch off.

Excellent clear and easy to understand
Comprehensive and good for those who need to see as well as listen. A bit wordy at times.
The course was not too overwhelming but provided a really substantial amount of information. The mix of video, slides, graphics and bullet point information was good as it kept it interesting and held my attention.
