I like that it was all video and there wasn't lots or reading to do. Only one thing I would say is that I am not sure that some of the points got across as well as in a physical training session. Eg. When they mentioned about not holding the cone on the CO2 extinguisher, it wasn't as impactful as the trainer in the physical session. Again tackling the fire with your back to the escape route, this was shown in the sweet shop video and I knew the woman was doing it wrong, but don't think for a new fire warden it was clear enough and I think the video should have mentioned more what she was doing wrong and why.

The training course is very thorough and the animations and videos are informative. This is a good improvement on my last training as a Fire Marshall in 2006, although I miss actually getting to use an extinguisher!
Good course but soooooooo long ! I nearly lost the will to live...... although after a few silly mistakes due to time on course I succeeded. Makes you think and I now know how too become a fire warden when I grow up. !!!! Tiring long winded but gets results needed
very easy to use course it helps that you can go back to the levels that you feel you may need to re-visit. the laptop I was using didn't have sound so I turned on the sub-titles to complete the fire warden training. The layout is easy to get to grips even for an absolute novice.

The course was good and very informative. Although a refresher on previous training I thought the content covered good, specific subjects. There was a small issue with the video not playing for all except the introduction to chapter 2 but I'm not sure if that may be a proxy/ firewall issue within our company... I used the subtitles and found they worked really well (I got 95%) and were easy to read.
