found this really easy to follow but it was still really informative. It didn't take a great deal of time either .It was great that we are able to print a certificate too.

It gives a good basic understanding of what to expect and do in a fire situation in the office environment. It has made me think more thoroughly as to what I should do and say when I interact with others within the office. The course has given me the confidence to be more assertive when it comes to telling people to leave their desks and not have the fear of being "told off" for being assertive when potential lives are at risk. The course has given me a better understanding of the equipment that I need to use, although a little hands on experience of using fire extinguishers is something that I will look into. All in all a good training exercise that I look forward to doing again in the future although I would expect the online training course to be updated as new legislation comes in and the appropriate information to be put onto the online training course.

I felt this was very informative and easy to understand. I lked the fact that you could dip in and out if you wanted to and didn't have to do it all at once. (although I did manage it it one sitting).
