I found the training very easy to follow and everything was explained in a simple manner with no patronisation
I found this course to be excellent and very well put together. The videos were really helpful and the step-by-step way of learning was great.
Very thorough course, logical sequence. Some references may be a little out of date e.g. DCLG (Department of Communities and Local Government) no longer exists, and some of the British Standards may have been updates, but the core of the course and the strong messages it provides are really powerful.

Easy to follow and understand, interesting format and very informative
Well put together Fire Warden training course. The material was well presented and structured well. You can't handle a real fire extinguisher but the clear instructions with video footage very helpful. This course is highly recommended!
