I liked the fact that the course was made up of videos and people talking you through the information rather that having to read through it all and try and get your head around it. The examples and demonstrations in the video clips where useful and helped relate all scenarios to how it may affect myself and colleagues in the workplace. The only problem with the course related to the website itself - it would often load and then say 'page not found' and upon completing all sections of the course it still said I hadn't completed 2 sections (so I had to go through these quickly again to tick these boxes off). I liked the fact you could have multiple goes at the end test as I am a perfectionist so didn't want to stop until I had got 100%! Overall, a very useful course that taught me a lot I didn't know as well as some information that I needed reminding of in the role of Fire Warden.

I found the course excellent. It concentrated on the important aspects of a fire warden's job without including unnecessary background. It covered a lot of information in a relatively short space of time in a way that meant it was fairly straightforward to remember.

This was a relatively easy course to navigate, conducted in plain English so was easy to follow. It gave all the relevant information without procrastinating just to fill the day as I have found when attending off-site training. It also negates the need for anyone to have to leave the business to attend the course.

Excellent and very informative training with the bonus that I could go through at my own pace and replay the videos if required.

Covers all the necessary elements. Found the section on types of extinguishers and when to use them very useful.
