easy to understand training

Straight forward and simple to follow found some videos a good learning curve and made me open my eyes to how more important it is just to have someone there to get the people out of a building when I fire strikes don't delay and get everyone out.

It was very well presented and very informative with the animatiosbn and videos.

I found this course fully met my expectations and I am now confident to be part of the Fire Warden team at my place of work. I particularly liked the short video clips followed up by the bullet point slides, which I think worked very well in reinforcing the points made.

A well presented ,well thought out course that gives the user all the information required at a speed that isn't rushed .Most tests make people a little nervous but this was not the case here. Glad to have participated.

Very good course , perhaps a little long could condense down a little.

I found the fire warden's words were not always clear, but apart from this the course was clear. I found the colour coding of extinguishers could be reiterated somewhere along the lie as I found this difficult to sink in to my brain.

The learning was straightforward and pictorial images of the Extinguishers were excellent and clearly defined
