Very straight forward programme and easy to navigate through.

Good plain commentary throughout the induction. Straight to the point videos. Every aspect was covered. I would recommend this to anybody .
Course content was good clear and easy to understand. However there seemed to be to many unecessary breaks that required manual click through, which meant the course took longer than necessary to complete (2 hours). Would also benefit from being able to make full screen.
An excellent course. It felt a little long but can it be too long when you are potentially dealing with saving people's lives?
I preferred to carry out the training in this way. It gave me the opportunity to write notes on every section - therefore allowing more time as you worked through the sections for the information to sink in.
