I found the course informative and easy to understand. I had no previous knowledge and came out with 90% pass. Very pleased

Content in the course was great but having subsections meant i had to go through the course twice completing the second sets of sub sections.
I found the course itself quite interesting, the videos especially, to show how behaviours change depending on authority. If I had completed the fire warden course alone I would have been more than happy to rate it 5 stars as it was to the point but very informative with terms used for all to understand, However, because I completed the fire safety training beforehand it was very reiterated and I feel that Fire Warden Segment of the training should be kept separate especially given the amount of time the training takes.
Easy to use, well structured course. Clear, concise & thorough information that is well presented & user friendly. Easy to re-cap if not completely understood the first time through. Lots of very useful & necessary information. Thank you.

Could have been more interactive to hold attention. But very informative.
As I'm doing in an open plan office it is easier for me to use subtitles rather than try and listen. I had difficulty with reading subtitles at side and something happening on video clip the other side - OK reading subtitles when video clip just person talking but video switched to something I should see and sometimes I missed that as I was reading subtitles. Subtitles below video would be better as TV channels do would be easier to follow. Text summary following videos seemed to be cut tight so I could just see bottom line (sometimes tails cut off of letters below line ie g) and one screen was cut short - I could see there was supposed to be a bottom line as top of Capital letters and taller letters eg A and l showed but could not read it.
Maybe more things to interact with/engage the student.
