The course content and pacing was all good, but let down by being based on flash player. My Internet Explorer install didn't have flash enabled and the alternate browser I use, Chrome has flash disabled, requiring me to right click and enable each and every video in the training session which is pain and made the training take a lot longer than necessary.Update it!
Very informative course, give you the confidence do be a fire warden and take charge. Learn about causes and prevention which is also very eye opening. Good course

the course was packed with knowledge but was very long. in order to complete the course I had to do it over several shifts as time is normally a factor.
