Good summary of videos given in static text CCTV footage and hidden camera scenese were excellent. Clear and structured explanations.
Hands on training with the different types of extinguishers would be a great advantage, as let's face it ,,,,how many people have had the opportunity to use one!!!
I can't believe you managed to make this very dry topic fairly interesting. Could be shorter, better if it could be 60mins.

Pages would not continue on when arrow pressed had to keep going back to the start to get through so took double the time needed
I thought the course was excellent - I like the fact that you can do it in your own time and that there is a question at the end of each section to test your knowledge. The videos and slides are easy to follow and are informative without being patronising. In the test section at the end, the answers took a while to register, but I don't know whether that was a fault with the course or my laptop - probably my laptop actually! I feel that I have learnt a lot from the course and feel competent in my role of Fire Officer at my workplace.
