It was a clear training session, with varied approaches, which made it easy to follow. I liked the real-life hidden camera elements: they have really stuck in my mind. I am a teacher in a school and I did not find the office-based examples very helpful. It is a shame our specific context was addressed.
Makes one aware of dangers of fire. Nice easy pace of learning.
Gives more understand and awareness on the risk of fire and how individual safety methods.
I FOUND THAT BECAUSE THE CAUSE WAS DONE IN SMALL SECTIONS INCLUDING SHORT VIDEOS, I WAS ABLE TO RETAIN THE INFORMATION AND NOT LOOSE CONCENTRATION.

A good on line course. Easy to follow it through it allows you to work at your own pace,and if you have any doubts you can replay it to clarify the information you require
The course content and its presentation worked well. The divisions of the specific areas gelled well and followed a logical and understandable process. My only criticism, and it is only minor, is the first Fire Officer's presentation could be broken down a bit into smaller chunks, as I found myself losing focus a little whilst he was droning on. The information was certainly pertinent, but these sections seemed to be a bit monotone, therefore a little less interesting.
