Very good but couldnt get it to play with voulme so took a lot longer to get through reading the subtitals.

I already made a fire warden training when I was in Italy so I took it as a refresh. I found the training easy to follow, clear and rapid. The explanations followed by slides help remembering the main things and focusing on what really matters. The hidden camera experiment abou how people react when a fire alarm is given was a surprise but extremely helpful to learn which could be the best way to have a building fully evacuated. Maybe you should find a way to have the test done only once; should it not be passed on the first attempt or should you not be satisfied with the points you can do it and do it again but does this have a sense? Or in alternative have different questions: I did it twice and the second time it was perfect as I knew all the answers but again, does it make a sense if a test is needed to check if everything is clear?

good course which covered all the relevant topics. Would be more beneficial to the user if one was able to access the audio on the training package.
