When doing a refresher, excises such as watching how people react to alarms and fires, don't' really need to be repeated - a reminder would be enough.
Informative and good to have it broken down into multiple small packages that therefore mean you can fit it in in a couple of sessions as opposed to having to shut yourself away to do it in one go.
The course layout is good. I found it important to have dedicated time to work through it thoroughly, not necessarily in one sitting.
The course is comprehensive but a little too long in one sitting. The volume is very low and at the start of section 2 I could not hear the presenter at all and had to read the subtitles. Otherwise, a very clear and user friendly course.
