I enjoyed doing this course, it was set out in clear easy stages and I liked to see how far my progress was on the course.
A lengthy training programme, but very informative. Visual presentation was good and clear to follow. Presenter and fire service contributors gave clear and easily understood commentary.

The course is ok, covers all the relevant points. I was inclined to do it all in one go, but got distracted by work calls and emails. I have seen some of the videos before, so inclined not to concentrate during those. The test was a bit superficial - wasn’t really testing a detailed knowledge of the training, Difficult to know how to operate something without actually doing it/practicing. Training needs repeating regularly (but not simply a repeat of this course. A more detailed test, combined with practical use of extinguishers and a review of the ULaw building would be better.

A little too long. Fire marshall duties and fire safety, use of extinguishers etc could do with being two courses.
