a very useful and easy to follow programme
The course provides very comprehensive information on the role of a Fire Warden and what is required of individuals conducting this task. Anyone who has to undertake this task as part of their job role will find this course invaluable and will arm them with the information that they require to advise others on fire prevention and manage fire situations safely.
The course provided a very comprehensive insight into fire prevention, causes and cure. The videos are very enlightening and help me, as a warden, appreciate how valuable my responsibilities are. The only criticism I could offer is the length of the course which took longer than the prescribed 84 mins as I needed to make notes for future reference. All the same, excellent and well compiled.

Pretty good but a little long. Also the user interface could use some work. A progress bar would be good.
Only was able to view subtitles and therefore no illustrations which may have been useful.
not enough interaction and the presenter has one of those voices that sends you to sleep and parts of the course would not load
