I tried to do this using my work thin client. Was then told to use Chrome rather than Explorer. Then got "cannot load M3U8: Crossdomain access denied"Ended up sending the link to my personal laptop and doing it offline. So whilst it points to failings in our infrastructure, it doesnt appear to have been tested adequately on the client setup.
I found the course very easy to follow, informative and helpful as a training aid.

It is a good course and the information and knowledge is useful and retainable. However it is only the second time I have done it and was very tempted to move on without listening to all the slides as they are quite repetitive. Somebody doing this for the 4th or 5th time would find it more laborious than I did. It could do with somehow being randomised, so its not the same info in the same format and in the same sequence.

A good course, not too long but covered all aspects that were required well. Only possible suggested changes would be :- (i) shorten the film of people reacting to a fire alarm - the point was made well before the film finished and it seemed to drag, (ii) slightly more on the actual use of fire extinguishers Otherwise - very good.
Clear concise, not too complex or detailed. Gave a necessary and practical understanding.
