This is the first time I have done a video based course like this. I found that it was easy to doze off re the information so I decided to take notes as I watched and treat it like a lecture. This helped a lot and I was able to complete the training in two sessions or so. The area which caused greatest confusion for me was the difference between the duties of the 'responsible person' and the duties of the 'fire warden'. Otherwise good graphics and digestible chunks of information.
Great course with plenty of information.
Easy to understand & use
Easy to use course with good detailed explanations and examples.
The problem with this course is you have to go back to the beginning if you have to exit the course. It gets across the points and information it needs to but there is no replacement for live training session as on line you cannot experience the practical side of using an extinguisher, not something I relish trying for the first time in front of a fire. Also there is no opportunity for Q&As; as this is robotic.
The course was very concise and easy to understand. I found it very useful and gained some good tips, especially the advice that it gave in regards to changing the routes that people use during a Fire test as people do just automatically go the same way.
Clear, concise and methodical approach to training covering all aspects with handy question at the end of each section and easy to follow categories and information provided.
Excellent course that covers all that a fire warden requires to know for the workplace. It is laid out and explained clearly in a plain easy to understand format.
I tried to do this using my work thin client. Was then told to use Chrome rather than Explorer. Then got "cannot load M3U8: Crossdomain access denied"Ended up sending the link to my personal laptop and doing it offline. So whilst it points to failings in our infrastructure, it doesnt appear to have been tested adequately on the client setup.
I found the course very easy to follow, informative and helpful as a training aid.
