Really well set out, my problem is I am dealing with visitors and phones continuously ringing so do tend to lose my train of thought but that is not a problem of the training, it is part and parcel of my job

Quite enjoyed understanding the different aspects of how a fire spreads and is controlled. Managed to pass with the information given.
The course is very simple to follow and yet it contains a punchy message which it gets across in a well structured manner with good examples and facts and figures. It has proved very helpful to me in performing my fire warden duties and responsibilities and would highly recommend to other people.
