Easy to understand and follow, the shortness of each clip was a bit annoying - I kept having to start the next one and open the full screen, 58 times is quite a lot! It made it feel a little 'bitty' and lacked flow. Good information and clear presentation.
Level of presentation and questions suited all my staff some of which some would normally find training and associated tests a little daunting. But on this occasion all completed and passed the course and I'm sure will send out a positive message to their colleagues who are yet to attend.
The information was fairly straightforward however the actual training itself was boring… I was sat at a screen for 45 minutes listening to someone. Personally I prefer different learning methods so for me it wasn’t a good match. Also, you can’t skip videos which is even more of a negative as there’s a transcript that I read in 20 seconds for a 4 minute video. I think less videos more proactive information quick simple to the point and easy to skip at your own personal speed not forcefully staring at the screen for an hour
